Add a helper function to instantiate self-deleting classes without
having to directly use the `new` keyword. The helper function ensures:

1) Self-deleting classes can only be constructed when they have a
 base::PassKey from MakeSelfDeleting().
2) Self-deleting classes do not have a public dtor, so it is harder
 to accidentally delete them from outside the classes themselves.

Also add a base::SelfDeleting class so base::MakeSelfDeleting() can
check the class inheritance and ensure the PassKey gets used. Having
this class in the class hierarchy also makes it more obvious that
classes are self-deleting.

Add a unit test to exercise this code. Use it to convert the
BackgroundReaper class to inherit from base::SelfDeleting.

Also add nocompile tests to show incorrect uses fail to compile. This could be a specific browser tab or the detached,
floating panel.

This CL introduces GlicInstance::GetInvokeTarget() to retrieve a safe
Target pointing back to the instance's active context. It also
introduces a new `Floating` target surface type so that the floating
panel itself can be represented as a target.

Specifically, this change:
1. Adds `glic::Floating` to `Target::Surface` and implements
 `GlicInstanceImpl::GetInvokeTarget()` to return a Target pointing to
 either a tab handle or the floating panel.
2.
The SCER feature introduced document.customElementRegistry and
element.customElementRegistry web-exposed accessors that lack
DOMWrapperWorld isolation guards. This allows isolated worlds (e.g.,
extension content scripts) to obtain custom element registries from
other worlds and leak cross-world JavaScript objects (constructors,
promises) through methods like get() and whenDefined(), breaking
world isolation and enabling arbitrary cross-world code execution.

Changes:

Add [CallWith=ScriptState] to the customElementRegistry attribute
on DocumentOrShadowRoot and Element IDLs, and implement
ScriptState-aware overloads in TreeScope and Element that enforce
world isolation.

Store a world_id_ on each CustomElementRegistry at construction
time. Web-exposed accessor paths verify the caller's world
matches the registry's world. Internal calls (null ScriptState) bypass
the check, preserving behavior for cloning, parsing, and innerHTML.

This closes two attack vectors:

- Global registry: isolated worlds can no longer obtain it through
the new SCER accessors (previously only guarded on
window.customElements).
- Scoped registries: world-ID comparison prevents cross-world access
regardless of how elements are organized in the DOM

Bug: 513791232
Change-Id: Iebbec810f29559f68c466a8d888e9422f7bec347
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/7855219
Reviewed-by: David Baron <dbaron@chromium.org>
Reviewed-by: Mason Freed <masonf@chromium.org>
Commit-Queue: Jayson Chen <jaysonchen@microsoft.com>
Reviewed-by: Dominic Farolino <dom@chromium.org>
Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1642691}
Currently, Trusted Web Activity (TWA) launch parameters are enqueued
pre-commit, which can lead to Mojo race conditions. If a new navigation
is starting, sending parameters immediately delivers them to the old
document's Mojo receiver, losing them when the new document commits and
the old receiver is torn down.

This CL unifies TWAs with the Desktop PWA post-commit enqueuing model.
We introduce TwaLaunchNavigationHandleUserData to attach and store the
launch parameters securely on the active NavigationHandle.

To prevent timing races where Java notifies C++ of the parameters before
the C++ NavigationHandle is officially created, we store the parameters
temporarily in TwaLaunchQueueTabHelper.
This CL addresses two critical handle management flaws in the Windows
UnprivilegedProcessDelegate that allowed a compromised worker to persist
and potentially trigger memory corruption in the privileged daemon.

1. ObjectWatcher Contract Violation: base::win::ObjectWatcher explicitly
 forbids closing a handle while a wait is pending. KillProcess() was
 closing the handle before stopping the watcher. This led to a data
 race on the callback's scoped_refptr during process relaunch.
 We now add StopWatching() to WindowsProcessDelegate to ensure the
 watcher is stopped before the handle is closed.

2.
It seems that the cleanup of origin_isolation_opt_ins_and_outs_ was
previously overlooked in

ChildProcessSecurityPolicyImpl::RemoveStateForBrowserContext(). This
CL adds this cleanup, mirroring what's already done for
`isolated_origins_`.

Doing this also required moving the RemoveStateForBrowserContext()
call from ~BrowserContextImpl() into
NotifyWillBeDestroyed(). Otherwise, this crashed on a null deref due
to problematic destruction order: BrowserContextImpl does not inherit
from BrowserContext (!) and is instead stored in an impl_ field; we
pass a BrowserContext* into CPSPI::RemoveStateForBrowserContext(), but
doing that in ~BrowserContextImpl() is too late, because by that point
BrowserContext had cleared its impl_ pointer, so it can't access it to
retrieve the UniqueId(). Exact sequence of events (Gemini-generated)
is below for reference. NotifyWillBeDestroyed() happens a bit sooner,
while the impl() pointer is still valid (but still on the same task),
and appears to be designed to avoid this kind of problem. In the future,
we can hopefully just pass an ID into RemoveStateForBrowserContext()
rather than a full pointer.

1. When ~BrowserContext() is called, it triggers destruction of its
 internal implementation by calling impl_.reset() (where impl_ is a
 std::unique_ptr<BrowserContextImpl>).
2. std::unique_ptr::reset() first sets the internal pointer to
 nullptr, and then invokes the destructor of the managed object
 (BrowserContextImpl).
3. Inside ~BrowserContextImpl(), we call
 policy->RemoveStateForBrowserContext(*self_) passing the
 BrowserContext pointer.
4. Inside RemoveStateForBrowserContext, the recent CL added a call to
 browser_context.UniqueToken().
5. BrowserContext::UniqueToken() is implemented as return
 impl()->UniqueToken();.
6. Since impl_ was already set to nullptr in step 2, impl() returns
 nullptr.
7. Attempting to call UniqueToken() on the nullptr crashes.

Change-Id: I697fa4c5fd872fb603f487deec150686f0a2fd5c
Bug: 519796842
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/7900492
Commit-Queue: Alex Moshchuk <alexmos@chromium.org>
Reviewed-by: Liam Brady <lbrady@google.com>
Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1642703}
This CL resolves a regression where the flyout submenu in context menu was clipped.

Cause: Changing `cr-action-menu-overflow` to `auto` established a scroll containment context, which strictly clips absolutely positioned children (the flyout) that render outside the dialog's boundaries.

Fix: Reverted the overflow back to `visible`. This allows the flyout to properly float outside the dialog and pop out next to the main menu.

Note: This temporarily disables the vertical scrollbar on the context menu. We are prioritizing restoring flyout visibility first,and a clean scrollbar solution will be implemented in a follow-up CL.

Screencast:
https: //screencast.googleplex.com/cast/NjM3MTkzOTkxOTU5MzQ3Mnw4YWVmNmUyYS0zNw
Fixed: b:520547383
Change-Id: Ib61888e24b8f756ef8a4e308dde85de612ed1d64
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/7906265
Reviewed-by: Josiah Kiehl <kiehl@google.com>
Reviewed-by: James Leung <jamesleung@google.com>
Commit-Queue: Wenhu Cheng <wenhuc@google.com>
Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1642717}",
