Moves emission of LocalStorage.DatabaseOnDiskSizeKB from
DomStorageContextWrapper into DomStorageDatabaseFactory's Open-time
histograms helper. It now picks the right backend path (LevelDB or
SQLite) and the right DatabaseMetricsType suffix during the SQLite
on-disk rollout. The unsuffixed name keeps firing for non-experimental
on-disk databases for backwards compatibility. A ".Experimental" variant
is added for the rollout cohort.

With DomStorageContextWrapper no longer needing to resolve a database
path, DomStorageDatabase::GetPath() has no remaining production callers.
So, this deletes it and migrates the remaining test callers to
GetLevelDbPath/GetSqlitePath.

Bug: 377242771
Change-Id: I4a35eee4f76bd9fed2139d29db25667c2dbbea41
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/7919708
Commit-Queue: Rahul Singh <rahsin@microsoft.com>
Reviewed-by: Steve Becker <stevebe@microsoft.com>
Reviewed-by: Mingyu Lei <leimy@chromium.org>
Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1649875}
Originally, the search input in TabSearch always had the
aria-activedescendant attribute active. This caused the 'virtual focus'
to immediately move to the first element of the suggestion list.

This caused a couple of issues:
- Screen readers skipped relevant information from the search input (like aria-label).
- The user was kept in "browse mode," meaning typing worked *except* when pressing navigation shortcut keys (like 'H' or 'I'). This instructed VoiceOver to focus the next heading or link instead of typing the character.

This change activates aria-activedescendant only when the user presses
the Up or Down arrow keys, and deactivates it when the user types. This
ensures users can type normally and receive the correct context from the
search input.

Bug: 480265214
Change-Id: Ib910196d1f3b8e7e0cd22ab9784661b723312e18
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/7927867
Commit-Queue: David Segovia <davidsegovia@google.com>
Reviewed-by: John Lee <johntlee@chromium.org>
Reviewed-by: David Tseng <dtseng@chromium.org>
Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1649853}",
