ScheduleTextTrackResourceLoad() drove "honor user preferences for
automatic text track selection" from load_timer_, which runs on
TaskType::kInternalMedia. That task source fires ahead of
TaskType::kMediaElementEvent (used by async_event_queue_), so text track
selection could run before media events already queued on the element
(e.g. 'play'). The HTML spec requires this step to be a macro task that
does not preempt pending media events.

Post the selection directly to the kMediaElementEvent task runner so it
is ordered behind any already-queued media events, and stop driving it
from LoadTimerFired().

Because the selection now runs after LoadInternal() snapshots
text_tracks_when_resource_selection_began_, a default track it enables
would be missing from that snapshot, so TextTracksAreReady() would no
longer block HAVE_ENOUGH_DATA and autoplay could fire before the track's
VTT loads. TextTrackModeChanged() now adds such a track back to the
snapshot while the element is still before HAVE_ENOUGH_DATA.

After moving automatic text track selection off load_timer_ onto the
kMediaElementEvent task source, the kLoadTextTrackResource flag is no
longer set or read.
BookmarkEventTranslator keeps a per-folder snapshot of child UUIDs so
that it can translate BookmarkModel's coarse "children reordered"
notification into individual move events. Each add, move, remove, or
reorder notification rebuilt the whole snapshot from the root via
RefreshFoldersSnapshot(), which walks the entire bookmark tree.

Because BookmarkModel fires BookmarkNodeAdded() once per node, this
per-notification O(n) rebuild turned a batch of n additions into
O(n^2) work. Large bookmark sync merges and imports got quadratically
slower as the tree grew, and the cost was multiplied by the number of
observers (one translator per browser window).

The snapshot is only ever read in two places: to diff a reorder in
BookmarkNodeChildrenReordered(), and to emit removals in
BookmarkAllUserNodesRemoved(). Both are preceded by a "will change"
notification that fires while the model still holds the pre-change
state, so capture the snapshot on demand from those hooks instead of
maintaining it on every mutation:
- OnWillReorderBookmarkNode() snapshots the folder about to be
  reordered.
- OnWillRemoveAllUserBookmarks() snapshots the tree before it is
  cleared.

Add, move, and remove no longer touch the snapshot, so a flat import
is now linear in the number of bookmarks. Reading the model fresh in
the reorder hook also keeps this correct when reorders arrive inside
an extensive-changes batch (e.g. sync), where an eagerly deferred
snapshot would be stale.

The snapshot is keyed by node pointer rather than UUID because account
and local permanent folders share the same fixed UUIDs.

A local release microbenchmark that adds bookmarks through
BookmarkModel::AddURL() (5000 bookmarks, 5 translators) cuts the
translator overhead from ~5.2 s to ~0.1 s (~48x).

Add tests for reorder after nested adds, cross-folder and same-parent
moves, reorder during an extensive-changes batch, remove-all across
account and local storage, and cross-storage moves that reassign child
UUIDs.

Bug: 529369156
Change-Id: Id2ab420dc18ebf13e2f4b57cd55d69a0078aa412
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/8022322
Reviewed-by: David Yeung <dayeung@chromium.org>
Commit-Queue: Zhuoyu Qian <zhuoyuqian@microsoft.com>
Reviewed-by: Fred Shih <ffred@chromium.org>
Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1660649}",

On newer D3D12
runtime we can import the shared memory file handle into a D3D12
heap with `OpenExistingHeapFromFileMapping` so that the data in
the shared memory file handle can be accessed on GPU. The response body
of the initial request is cached and later spliced into the reload
response by PluginResponseInterceptorURLLoaderThrottle.

Previously, this lookup was keyed only by the FrameTreeNodeId. If the
reload was redirected (e.g. HTTP 302) to a different origin by the
attacker's server, the attacker-controlled cached body could be spliced
under the victim's URL, leading to address bar spoofing.

Fix the issue by storing the original URL for which the fallback body
was cached. When WillProcessResponse is called, the throttle now passes
the response URL, and the manager validates that it matches (ignoring
ref) the cached original URL.
This CL fixes a race condition in WebAudio bypass output buffering mode
where the audio thread blocks indefinitely in WaitMany during a rapid
suspend/resume (Pause/Resume) cycle.

When the destination is paused and immediately resumed:
1. An in-flight Render callback on the audio thread posts a task
   to the worklet task runner with session ID S.
2. The main thread calls Pause(), signaling the stop event and
   incrementing the session ID to S+1.
3. The main thread calls Resume(), resetting the stop event and
   incrementing the session ID to S+2.
4. The audio thread enters WaitMany(). Since the stop event has been
   reset, it blocks.
5. The worklet thread runs the task with session ID S. Due to the
   session ID mismatch (S != S+2), the task is discarded early
   without signaling output_buffer_bypass_wait_event_.
6. The audio thread blocks indefinitely (thread leak), which later
   triggers a CHECK crash when the leaked thread wakes up on a
   subsequent event or new threads face empty FIFOs.

This CL fixes the issue by:
1. Making state_change_underrun_in_bypass_mode_ atomic.
2. Resetting state_change_underrun_in_bypass_mode_ to false at the
   start of Render()'s bypass path.
3. Ensuring RequestRenderWait always signals the wait event and
   sets state_change_underrun_in_bypass_mode_ to true when tasks
   are discarded early due to session ID mismatch.

We also add a deterministic unit test and verified the fix by
running the provided reproduction case multiple times locally
without experiencing any crashes.

BUG=528653884
TAG=agy
CONV=4b07639d-7a82-4046-8a9d-286dc6fff7df

Change-Id: Ic7860b9101a3789f13ba937cabe44809fb5a9761
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/8075340
Reviewed-by: Mahesh Kannan <kmaheshb@google.com>
Commit-Queue: Hongchan Choi <hongchan@chromium.org>
Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1660557}
Previously SidePanelContainerCoordinatorIntegrationTest directly called
the Java SidePanelContainerCoordinator to open/close the Java UI. This
bypassed the C++ state machine (SidePanelCoordinatorAndroid) and
therefore the tests didn't have true E2E coverage.

Another issue is that directly calling the Java UI would force the Java
UI class to provide public APIs for opening/closing the side panel.
However, such public APIs shouldn't exist since no production code
should bypass the C++ state machine and call the Java UI directly.

Changes in this CL:

* Add SidePanelContainerCoordinatorIntegrationTestSupport for the Java
  integration tests to use proper C++ APIs to open/close the side panel.

  We'll populate the side panel with content from the tab-scoped dev
  feature.

* Remove the tab hash value from the content View of the tab-scoped dev
  feature.

  This is because we render-test the side panel container, so the
  content needs to be stable.

* Clean up the integration tests:

  * Remove tests for "isShowing(SidePanelContent)".

    With this CL, it's no longer easy to obtain SidePanelContent.
    Also, isShowing() is an API that should be deleted. This state
    should be obtained from the C++ source of truth.

  * Remove startOpeningPanel_withStartingBounds_addsContentView.

    "Starting bounds" aren't supported in Java UI.

  * Remove startOpeningPanel_containerViewHasValidWidth.

    The logic of this test is covered by other tests. Whenever we open
    the side panel in a test, we need to verify the panel is open by
    checking its width.

A common question is whether the Java integration tests can be replaced
with C++ browser tests, and the answer is "not yet" since Java
integration tests do make it easier to verify View properties (not just
for the side panel container, but also for the main WebContents, Grid
Tab Switcher, etc.). Also, Android render tests are only supported in
Java.

Cq-Include-Trybots: luci.chromium.try:android-desktop-x64-rel
Include-Ci-Only-Tests: true
Bug: 530328329, 533489810
Change-Id: I169e2729e3123dc9fa6aea800642bedf3f8819d4
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/8076920
Reviewed-by: Neil Coronado <nemco@google.com>
Commit-Queue: Linyu He <linyuh@google.com>
Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1660639}
Since https://crrev.com/c/7600163, RemoveMatchingListeners() has skipped
removing WebView listener records unconditionally, deferring their
cleanup to RemoveWebViewEventListeners(). At the time the skip was the
only option because removals matched on the (extension_id,
sub_event_name, worker_id) tuple only, and embedders in different
renderer processes can generate identical process-local sub-event names
(".../g1"), so removing one WebView's listener could remove another's.

https://crrev.com/c/7894443 added a render_process_id criterion to
RemoveMatchingListeners(), which every active listener removal supplies.
That makes the match exact because sub-event names are unique within a
renderer process, and the process_id disambiguates identical names
across processes.

This CL removes the skip entirely. Importantly, the regression test for
the bug the original CL was meant to fix
(ContextualTasksWebViewTest.WebRequestListenersCleanup) still passes.

Bug: b:485304831
Change-Id: I2cc06f3006de42f69fc02f7f1f462d33a7f22071
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/8077563
Reviewed-by: Devlin Cronin <rdevlin.cronin@chromium.org>
Commit-Queue: Andrea Orru <andreaorru@chromium.org>
Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1660607}",
