Add an end-to-end manual WPT for the web app manifest scope_extensions
member. The test installs a standalone app and verifies navigation from
the app to three cross-origin targets:

* An origin that authorizes the app through
 /.well-known/web-app-origin-association, within the granted path,
 remains in the app context.
* The same authorized origin outside the association's granted path
 receives the user agent's normal out-of-scope treatment.
* A declared extension origin that does not authorize the app is treated
 as out of scope.

Add the manifest, installability service worker, target pages, visible
operator instructions, and dynamic association response needed by the
manual flow. The two standard WPT HTTPS ports on 127.0.0.1 model
distinct origins while keeping the test hermetic. Loopback is used
because Chromium rejects WPT's reserved .test hosts as scope-extension
origins due to public-suffix validation.

Bug: 422382413
Change-Id: Ie4d76bfd1789ae62d9cb898b604b6674211e7499
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/7787873
Reviewed-by: Daniel Murphy <dmurph@chromium.org>
Commit-Queue: Lu Huang <luhua@microsoft.com>
Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1676024}
The JS Self-Profiling API can annotate each ProfilerSample with a
`marker` identifying the browser subsystem running at that sample (e.g.
"script", "gc", "layout"). This is implemented behind the
ExperimentalJSProfilerMarkers runtime feature, which is "experimental"
status and therefore not exposed on stable channels. When it is enabled,
ProfilerTraceBuilder already applies a cross-origin-isolation gate: COI
documents see all markers, while non-COI documents are filtered to the
cross-origin-safe subset ("style" and "layout" only).

This CL exposes that existing feature through an Origin Trial
("JSSelfProfilingMarkers") so non-COI trial documents see the safe
"style"/"layout" subset, while COI documents see the full set

Markers spec:
https://github.com/WICG/js-self-profiling/blob/main/markers.md

Chrome Status: https://chromestatus.com/feature/5201297767792640

Bug: 40800459
Change-Id: Ie370922859478eb0251c93c1db412b73207bc861
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/8115973
Reviewed-by: Dan Clark <daniec@microsoft.com>
Reviewed-by: Liang Zhao <lzhao@microsoft.com>
Commit-Queue: Monica Chintala <monicach@microsoft.com>
Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1676062}
Page context extraction on iOS walked the DOM via a TreeWalker and read
Element.innerText, neither of which crosses shadow boundaries. As a
result, content rendered inside open shadow roots (increasingly common
with web components) was missing from both the inner-text tree and the
annotated page content (APC).

This CL pierces open shadow roots in both extraction paths:

- Annotated page content: the subtree walk is factored into
 walkTreeAndPopulate(), which recurses into a host's open shadow root
 and grafts the shadow tree as children of the host node. This mirrors
 desktop Blink's APC extraction, which walks the composed (flat) tree.
 The shadow descent is independent of whether the host itself produces
 an APC node, so shadow content is preserved even for node-less hosts.

- Inner-text tree: getInnerTextIncludingShadowDom() collects
 Element.innerText and additionally descends into open shadow roots,
 handling nested shadow roots recursively and including direct
 text-node children of a shadow root.

Closed shadow roots are inaccessible from script and are skipped. Shadow
root and querySelectorAll access goes through Element.prototype getters
to avoid page clobbering.

Adds PopulatePageContextWithShadowDom to verify that both inner text and
APC include open (including nested) shadow content while excluding
closed shadow roots.

Bug: 537140560
Change-Id: Ia3d77b5dbf6b544d882798cffebdf3032cc21637
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/8120554
Reviewed-by: Fikre Mengistu <fikremengistu@chromium.org>
Reviewed-by: Matt Reichhoff <mreichhoff@chromium.org>
Commit-Queue: Zengfeng Ye <zenye@microsoft.com>
Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1676101}
- Introduce a shared screenshot redaction masking engine and cross-frame
coordinate translation for APC on iOS Chrome. Specifically, this change:
- Implements applyRedactionsAndEncodeScreenshot() in PageContextWrapper
 to paint blackout rectangles over sensitive bounding box geometries
 using UIGraphicsImageRenderer before encoding tab_screenshot to PNG.
- Translates iframe-relative redaction coordinates to top-level viewport
 coordinates by post-assembly tree traversal. Single loop coordinate coordinate translation was tried inside the frame grafter, but was found to convoluted to implement for nested nodes since frame grafting is unordered. A second loop is much simpler, has only a very small performance hit (likely adds <0.05% of extra extraction time), and is only run on sites with sensitive information (written passwords, OTP's, and payment info)
- Adds unit tests in PageContextWrapperTest and FrameGrafterTest
 verifying screenshot masking, out-of-bounds clipping safety, and
 iframe coordinate translation.

Bug: 543001701
Change-Id: Iaa8cd514d94d40743092b1361fcda09e95a38c75
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/8171124
Reviewed-by: Vincent Boisselle <vincb@google.com>
Commit-Queue: Fikre Mengistu <fikremengistu@chromium.org>
Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1676014}
InitForAllRenderers() gates on RenderProcessHost::GetProcess().Handle(),
which is null for a host that has been initialized but whose renderer
process has not finished launching. Such a host is silently skipped and
never receives the notification again.

That matters because InitForAllRenderers() is the only path that
delivers spellcheck state to a renderer contacted before its
dictionaries were ready. Since the OnRenderProcessHostCreated()
notification moved into RenderProcessHostImpl::Init()
(crbug.com/448511116), InitForRenderer() can run before the renderer
process exists. If the Hunspell dictionaries are still loading at that
point, the renderer is handed a dictionary entry holding an invalid
base::File; HunspellEngine::Init() then latches initialized_ = true with
hunspell_enabled_ = false, and because dictionary_requested_ is already
set it never asks for the dictionary again. The subsequent
OnHunspellDictionaryInitialized() -> InitForAllRenderers() is meant to
hand it the real file, but that is exactly the call the handle check
discards.

Test IsInitializedAndNotDead() instead. The mojo channel is created in
RenderProcessHostImpl::Init(), so messages sent to a still-launching
renderer are queued and delivered once it is up -- which is already how
the InitForRenderer() call from OnRenderProcessHostCreated() reaches the
renderer at all. This also makes the loop agree with
OnCustomDictionaryChanged(), which iterates the same hosts for the same
purpose and already uses IsInitializedAndNotDead().

Chrome rarely hits this, because it creates the SpellcheckService lazily
in response to the renderer's own RequestDictionary(), by which point
the renderer is live. Embedders that create the service before the first
renderer launches hit it reliably. In Electron the service is created
when the JS Session object is constructed at startup, so the dictionary
load races the first renderer launch; whether it wins depends only on
how long the .bdic takes to become available. A download is slow enough
that the renderer is up by the time it lands, but a dictionary already
cached on disk from a previous run loads in a few milliseconds and
reliably lands inside the launch window, leaving spellcheck dead for the
life of that renderer. See
https://github.com/electron/electron/issues/50327.

MockRenderProcessHost could not previously represent this state, because
GetProcess() fell back to base::Process::Current() and so never reported
a null handle. That is why no existing test covered it. Add
SimulateProcessStillLaunchingForTesting() and a regression test that
fails without the fix.

Bug: 543082396
Test: unit_tests --gtest_filter=SpellcheckServiceRendererInitUnitTest.*
Test: browser_tests --gtest_filter=*Spellcheck*
Test: content_unittests (failure set unchanged from ToT)
Change-Id: I18bb489d51e4c2255ad0dc4f335805b880dc8c3d
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/8206965
Reviewed-by: Dave Tapuska <dtapuska@chromium.org>
Commit-Queue: Dave Tapuska <dtapuska@chromium.org>
Reviewed-by: Avi Drissman <avi@chromium.org>
Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1676015}
This reverts commit f3d832bb043a00e06a160104f60b4f3f0d17f1c0.

Reason for revert: the reverted CL introduced two regressions for CSS
module scripts fetched through a redirect. It moved CSSStyleSheet
creation from fetch completion to module map insertion time, where only
the request URL is known:

1. The module map entry is keyed on the request URL, but the lookup in
 ModuleScriptLoader::NotifyFetchFinishedSuccess used the response URL,
 so after a redirect the pre-created entry was not found and
 CHECK(pre_created) was hit.
2. The sheet's parser context was built from the request URL, so
 relative url() references resolved against the pre-redirect directory
 rather than the response URL as the spec requires.

Both affect plain `import ... with { type: "css" }`, dynamic import(),
and modulepreload (not just shadowrootadoptedstylesheets) and the crash
masks the base URL bug in a shipping build. Since
shadowrootadoptedstylesheets is on hold, reverting is preferred over
carrying targeted fixes.

In addition to a revert, this change also adds two new test cases that
cover the scenarios listed above, as this is a gap in test coverage that
would have been discovered sooner had tests like these existed.

Bug: 448174611
Change-Id: I904703de1a51701a34a246932b02940eaf5ce3c8
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/8217649
Reviewed-by: Dan Clark <daniec@microsoft.com>
Commit-Queue: Kurt Catti-Schmidt <kschmi@microsoft.com>
Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1676076}",
