      "description": "Math.pow currently calls std::pow, which routes through the platform libm.\nOn Android API \u003c= 28 ARM devices with unpatched OEM bionic, std::pow is\nFreeBSD's e_pow.c which returns 1.9275814160560204e-50 for\nMath.pow(Math.PI, -100), versus fdlibm's 1.9275814160560206e-50 (a 1-ULP\ndifference).\n\nUnfortunately, fdlibm pow is slower than desirable, so we can't just use\nit unconditionally without incurring performance regressions. So only\non affected Android devices, we will replace the std::pow call with\nfdlibm_pow in both js::powi (integer-exponent fallback) and js::ecmaPow\n(generic exponent path).\n\nIncludes a jit-test pinning the new behavior on so that any future libm\ndivergence regresses visibly.\n\nDifferential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D298545",
