With this change, if the flag is
enabled, the container has no block-start border, and the block overflow
is visible, the calculation now includes the collapsed block-start
margin (via MarginStrut) in addition to the padding.

This allows ruby annotations to "eat into" the margin space rather than
requiring explicit padding to avoid clipping or layout shifts in certain
scenarios.

* Web tests
We do rebaseline of many pixel tests because IFC including rubies shifts
up.

* WPT Updates:
Several tests were updated to preserve their current behavior by
restricting overflow or removing margins, as they previously relied on
the annotation space being limited strictly to padding.

* css/css-overflow/line-clamp/line-clamp-026.html
* css/css-pseudo/marker-content-024.html
* css/css-ruby/ruby-annotation-with-margin.html
* css/css-ruby/ruby-with-floats-001.html
* css/css-ruby/ruby-with-floats-002.html
* css/css-ui/text-overflow-string-004.html

Bug: 445727139
Change-Id: Ied6fc7d9922b7ff0c81be5ce55e3d51600fc85e4
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/7990113
Auto-Submit: Kent Tamura <tkent@chromium.org>
Commit-Queue: Koji Ishii <kojii@chromium.org>
Reviewed-by: Koji Ishii <kojii@chromium.org>
Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1652157}

--

wpt-commits: 4a010dd92dac7b0cf8220edde084718403b67a5a
wpt-pr: 60886
Automatic update from web-platform-tests
[Connection-Allowlist] Add web platform tests for Early Hints preload/modulepreload/preconnect

Test procedure:
1. Test files e.g. early_hints_preload_deny.sub.window.js are run.
2. It uses `navigateToTestCase` which makes a request to the server.
3. The server sends back an early hints response header which
 contains the link header for triggering e.g. preload, and the
 connection allowlist.
4. After a delay, the server sends back the 200 response, which
 navigates the test to the page that verifies the status of the
 request e.g. early-hints-preload-modulepreload.html.

Add early-hints-connection-allowlist-loader.h2.py:
- Sends the early hints response with the Link header that triggers
 preload/modulepreload/preconnect.
- The early hints response also contains the connection allowlist.

For preload/modulepreload:
- The request is verified by check whether the key-value server has
 the value that the request carries.

For preconnect:
- The preconnect is verified using Resource Timing API.
- Fetch a cross-origin resource, which responses with
 `Timing-Allow-Origin: *` to allow the page to read detailed network
 timing values (like connectStart and connectEnd).
- If the Early Hints preconnect was allowed: The connection handshake
 has been completed already by the preconnect. The subsequent fetch
 will reuse this existing socket. Which means:
 `connectStart == connectEnd`.
- If the Early Hints preconnect was blocked: The fetch must establish a
 new socket, performing the full handshake. This takes time, so:
 `connectStart < connectEnd`.

Bug: 447954811, 492456053
Change-Id: I59f469efb2b0363ca6cde1816ef333734b7e42d4
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/7962567
Reviewed-by: Robert Flack <flackr@chromium.org>
Reviewed-by: Andrew Verge <averge@chromium.org>
Reviewed-by: Kenichi Ishibashi <bashi@chromium.org>
Commit-Queue: Xiaochen Zhou <xiaochenzh@chromium.org>
Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1651687}

--

wpt-commits: 0d0249113dc429fbbb4fce7778caeceae0466739
wpt-pr: 60860
`FlattenedChildIterator` is a non-template class and work only for the
flattened tree (i.e., in the `TreeKind::Flat` mode).

To centralize the implementation to access children from a parent node
in the various kinds of tree except `ShadowIncludingDOM`, this patch
makes it a template class and support the simple DOM (for
`TreeKind::DOM`), the flattened tree (for`TreeKind::Flat`) and also the
flattened tree for selection whose `TreeKind` will be added by the next
patch.

The reason why this patch does not support
`TreeKind::ShadowIncludingDOM` is, it is not clear that which children
should be handled when the parent is a shadow host, i.e., whether the
children of the host or the `ShadowRoot`. Therefore, the caller should
use `ShadowRoot` if the users want to list up the the children from a
host. At this time, it creates `ConstRawRangeBoundary` instance
with the container and the offset of the range boundary whose `TreeKind`
may be `FlatForSelection`. In this case, the offset may be invalid in
the shadow including DOM. Therefore, they need to convert the
boundaries to the points for the comparing `TreeKind`.

Oddly, this causes hitting the assertion in
`RangeBoundaryBase::AsRangeBoundaryInFlatTree()` because the range
boundary has wrong offset and do not have the `Ref()`.
Selection API accepts any DOM node in the non-flattened tree as a
container of a range boundary. Therefore, even if a node is not
formed in the flattened tree, e.g., inclusive descendants of
unassigned children of a shadow host element or a fallback content node
of `<slot>` which has some assigned nodes, the node is a valid container
of selection range boundaries and valid argument of Selection API and
Range API.

Therefore, when climbing up the flattened tree for selection, the
internal APIs should treat the non-flattened nodes are also connected
to the flattened tree. In this patch, the non-flattened children are
connected at end of the corresponding shadow root or `<slot>. The former
is defined as so in the shadow-including tree order [1]. However, I've
not found the definition for the latter. Therefore, I align the behavior
to the former behavior for making the code simpler.

When comparing the range boundaries in the flattened tree for selection
with the non-flattened nodes, we may need to use the position in the end
of the flattened node. However, setting
`nsRange::mCrossShadowBoundaryRange` boundaries to the nodes formed in
the flattened tree does not work well with `getComposedRange()`.
Therefore, this patch does not touch around that.

On the other hand, Chrome returns `false` from `Selection.containsNode`
if the node parameter is set to a non-flattened node. The spec [2]
defines with a fuzzy word, "visually". It's possible to understand that
non-flattened nodes never visually appear. And I tried to make it
compare with treating the positions of non-flattened nodes as end of
the corresponding shadow root or `<slot>`. However, it needs
complicated code and causes regressions in some tests, and anyway it's
incompatible with Chrome. Therefore, this patch makes
`Selection::ContainsNode` returns `false` if the given node is a
non-flattened node. I.e., the behavior is compatible with Chrome.

1. https://dom.spec.whatwg.org/#concept-shadow-including-tree-order
2. https://w3c.github.io/selection-api/#dom-selection-containsnode

Differential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D307949
According to testing with simple cases, the intent of the shadow DOM
boundary crossing mode of `ContentSubtreeIterator` is to list up only
the nodes which are formed in the flattened tree. I.e., inclusive
descendants of unassigned children of a shadow host element and unused
fallback content of a `<slot>` should not be listed up. However, the
boundaries of `nsRange::mCrossShadowBoundaryRange` may be in
a non-flattened node. Then, the comparison of the start or end
container with the range in the flattened tree will fail due to treated
as disconnected. Thus, various assertions will fail.

Therefore, this patch makes `ContentSubtreeIterator` store the range
which starts from and end at nodes formed in the flattened tree. If
the original range boundaries are in non-flattened nodes, it treats the
range boundary as collapsed at end of the corresponding `ShadowRoot` or
`<slot>` which causes excluding the boundary containers from the
flattened tree.

Additionally, `ContentSubtreeIterator` uses `nsINode::GetFirstChild()`
etc, which are APIs for `TreeKind::DOM`. So, it may dive into
non-flattened nodes. Therefore, this patch makes the utility methods
templated with `TreeKind` and use the templated APIs or
`ChildIteratorBase` to access the DOM with valid APIs.

Differential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D307950
## Highlights
- **Web Platform** Firefox landed a broad Selection API fix so flat-tree selection now treats SVG `<use>` shadow content correctly, unblocking long-standing correctness issues in editing and selection behavior. [Phab D309988](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D309988) [Phab D281304](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D281304) [Phab D281311](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D281311)
- **Networking** Happy Eyeballs got more aggressive, cutting the IPv6/IPv4 fallback delay from 50ms to 25ms for faster connects on mixed-quality networks. [Phab D309547](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D309547)
- **Privacy** The redesigned ETP Custom UI now wires up social tracker blocking, email tracking disablement, tracker-list refreshes, and suspect-fingerprinting telemetry, tightening both behavior and measurement. [Phab D308988](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D308988) [Phab D308079](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D308079) [Phab D308994](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D308994) [Phab D308995](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D308995)
- **Security** Linux gamepad input no longer risks an out-of-bounds read because key and axis maps are now sized from kernel constants. [Phab D310336](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D310336)
- **DevTools** The Inspector outline got materially better with at-rule visibility, RTL support, and reduced duplicate updates and focus churn in style editing paths. [Phab D305023](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D305023) [Phab D306719](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D306719) [Phab D310002](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D310002) [Phab D294906](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D294906)
- **UI** Firefox's sidebar churn continued: open tabs search landed, panel switching moved to a dropdown, Firefox View was removed for new users, and Smart Window onboarding strings were localized. [Phab D309794](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D309794) [bug 2047653](https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2047653) [Phab D307026](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D307026) [Phab D309926](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D309926)
- **V8** Spidermonkey's riscv64 and arm64 Wasm codegen got a sizable cleanup and optimization pass, improving address computation, constant-offset accesses, and select/store lowering. [Phab D309502](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D309502) [Phab D309506](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D309506) [Phab D309508](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D309508) [Phab D309509](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D309509)
- **Rendering** Style and layout work fixed relative-selector dependency overcounting, stored numeric types in `MathProduct`, and landed fresh upstream coverage across masonry, subgrid, selectors, and outline behavior. [Phab D310636](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D310636) [Phab D310607](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D310607) [bug 2050698](https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2050698) [bug 2050695](https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2050695)
- **Media** pdf.js now hooks into NSS for PDF signature verification, with browser and xpcshell coverage added around the signature-verification bridge and properties panel. [Phab D299536](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D299536) [Phab D309694](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D309694) [Phab D309699](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D309699)

## What landed by area

### Build and toolchain
- **Build** Firefox vendored a newer abseil-cpp snapshot from libwebrtc and refreshed its local patch stack. [Phab D309452](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D309452) [Phab D309451](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D309451)
- **Build** The generated abseil moz.build files were regenerated to match the vendor update. [Phab D309453](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D309453)
- **Build** Trojan-source lint exemptions were added for abseil UTF-8 test files to keep vendor imports clean. [Phab D309454](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D309454)
- **Build** `PeerConnectionCtx.cpp` was updated to the new `absl_nonnull` attribute syntax. [Phab D309455](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D309455)
- **Build** Clang warning spam from abseil was suppressed for `-Wcomma` and `-Wtautological-type-limit-compare`. [Phab D309457](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D309457)
- **Build** The ld64 dead-strip workaround for Rust `compiler_builtins` atoms was re-added to keep Apple linking stable. [Phab D309456](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D309456)
- **Build** OpenBSD builds now enable thread-local storage. [Phab D309000](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D309000)
- **Build** Layout warning fixes cleaned up implicit enum casts in `nsCSSFrameConstructor`, `nsGridContainerFrame`, and `nsPresContext`. [Phab D309970](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D309970) [Phab D309969](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D309969)
- **Refactor** Crash annotations now use only types with matching C and Rust representations, reducing FFI footguns. [Phab D309049](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D309049)
- **Refactor** A typo fix renamed `VerifyCientPrincipalInfosMatch` correctly after related assertion work. [Phab D310587](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D310587)

### DOM, selection, and layout internals
- **Web Platform** `nsFrameSelection::GetPageToFrameSelect` was fixed after page-down selection regressions in textarea behavior. [Phab D310594](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D310594) [bug 2052637](https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2052637)
- **Web Platform** Flat-tree selection now treats the UA shadow for SVG `<use>` as part of the selection tree. [Phab D309988](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D309988)
- **Refactor** `RangeBoundaryBase::AsRangeBoundaryInFlatTree()` was renamed as part of the selection tree cleanup. [Phab D309548](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D309548)
- **Web Platform** A new WPT regression in `HighlightRegistry-highlightsFromPoint.html` was fixed while landing the selection-tree work. [Phab D307951](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D307951)
- **Refactor** `ContentSubtreeIterator` was reimplemented to support the new tree-kind model. [Phab D307950](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D307950)
- **Refactor** `nsINode` APIs now better distinguish nodes that are not actually part of the flattened tree for selection semantics. [Phab D307949](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D307949)
- **Refactor** `nsContentUtils::ComparePointsWithIndices()` was made private. [Phab D282108](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D282108)
- **Refactor** `Selection::ExtendInternal()` now compares against the non-flattened tree where appropriate. [Phab D282107](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D282107)
- **Refactor** `TextServicesDocument` stopped depending on `nsContentUtils::ComparePointsWithIndices()`. [Phab D282106](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D282106)
- **Refactor** `nsINode::IsSelected()` and range comparators were moved off `ComparePointsWithIndices()`.
