Automatic update from web-platform-tests
Resolve text fragments iteratively to avoid stack overflow

TextFragmentFinder matches each part of a directive in a completion
callback that starts the next match, so resolving a directive recurses
one level per step, and again every time a match is rejected for not
meeting a word-boundary requirement. Inputs that force a lot of prefix
backtracking, like text=a,-thin, can drive that recursion deep enough
to overflow the stack and crash the renderer.

The steps now run as an explicit state machine. A single driver loop
advances through the states, and each completion callback records its
result and returns instead of calling into the next step, so the
per-step recursion is gone and the call depth no longer grows with the
input.

Word-boundary checking is now handled during the FindBuffer search,
gated by find options (RequireWordBoundedStart, RequireWordBoundedEnd),
so TextFragmentFinder only receives matches that satisfy the
directive's boundary requirements. It no longer has to reject a match
and search again, removing the other recursive path.

Moving the boundary check onto FindBuffer's flattened text also
corrects matching across inline element boundaries. The old per-node
check treated a node boundary as a word boundary, so "o" matched as a
whole word in "foo". It no longer does (crbug.com/924965).

This patch also addresses the overlapping matches issue described in
crbug.com/526182975. FindBuffer::SelectMatch now advances the next
search start by one character rather than by the full match length,
so overlapping matches are not skipped. This falls naturally out of the
stack overflow fix because the search progression has moved into
FindBuffer, so I did not split it into a separate CL.

New tests in text_fragment_finder_test.cc cover the overlapping
match case and the inline node boundary case.

Fixed: 526074800, 526182975
Change-Id: I4f92ebdb8435feb4ccc93c7b76da8e5e7ef38f58
Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/7977239
Commit-Queue: David Bokan <bokan@chromium.org>
Reviewed-by: Vladimir Levin <vmpstr@chromium.org>
Reviewed-by: David Bokan <bokan@chromium.org>
Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1660553}

--

wpt-commits: 730ef057291f09832804081c26ee4ba48c8db9e4
wpt-pr: 61215
## Highlights
- **UI** Firefox's sidebar revamp picked up a real usability pass with a panel switcher, preserved hide state, a medium open-tabs view, and a fix so F6 stops jumping into widgets instead of panels. [Phab D306821](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D306821)
- **UI** Theme picker work landed in a bunch of useful pieces: compact mode, compact-only filtering, label hiding, better focus semantics, and direct installation through AddonManager. [Phab D310873](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D310873)
- **Security** Profile backup now includes the Rust-backed logins.db store, which closes an easy way to lose saved credentials during backup and restore flows. [Phab D311802](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D311802)
- **Privacy** Profiler marker strings were moved to unique strings so URLs can be sanitized before recording, reducing accidental sensitive data exposure in profiles. [Phab D311475](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D311475)
- **Mobile** Firefox for Android homepage search now supports trending and recent searches, gated with Nimbus and companion settings for staged rollout. [Phab D311703](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D311703)
- **Web Platform** Firefox implemented parsing and serialization for CSS `margin-trim` behind a pref, even though the initial landing was reverted for follow-up fixup. [Phab D311270](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D311270)
- **Rendering** Scroll-driven animation plumbing got tighter with eager ScrollTimeline snapshots, cached compositor scroll state, and safeguards that newly created scroll containers are painted before use. [Phab D311428](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D311428)
- **Media** Nightly now enables hardware H.264 for WebRTC by default, a meaningful step toward lower CPU and power use in real calls. [Phab D311439](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D311439)
- **GPU** Linux graphics and input got a dense round of Wayland and X11 work, including native clipboard plumbing under a pref, cursor commit correctness, better compositor crash signatures, and new X11 device and key-repeat controls. [Phab D307498](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D307498)

## What landed by area

### Firefox desktop UI
- **UI** Open tabs in the sidebar now have a medium list view for denser scanning. [Phab D310722](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D310722)
- **UI** Sidebar panel switching got a dedicated dropdown when `sidebar.revamp` is enabled. [Phab D306821](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D306821)
- **UI** The "Hide sidebar" choice is now preserved when opening sidebar panels. [Phab D310176](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D310176)
- **UI** F6 in the new sidebar now focuses panels instead of incorrectly moving into widgets. [Phab D311549](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D311549)
- **UI** Pinned tabs container lookup is now deferred instead of happening during sidebar init. [Phab D311635](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D311635)
- **UI** Horizontal tabs no longer lose tool buttons because of the launcher overflow observer. [Phab D311147](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D311147)
- **UI** "Open tools from sidebar" is now always disabled when vertical tabs are on.
