      "description": "test_click_on_footer waited only for BrowserTestUtils.isVisible(), which walks\ndisplay, visibility and popup state, but ignores clipping by a scrollable\nancestor. While the popup is still being sized the rows briefly overflow the\nrichlistbox, leaving the footer outside it, and the center of the footer is then\nover the page.
