"description": "TSAN_OPTIONS set in environment is overwritten by mochitest harness, preventing user-set options from reaching the browser process\n\nIn testing/mozbase/mozrunner/mozrunner/utils.py, test_environment() sets TSAN_OPTIONS for the browser process with a blind assignment:\npython\n\ntsan = bool(mozinfo.info.get(\"tsan\"))\nif tsan and mozinfo.isLinux:\n if os.path.isfile(llvmsym):\n env[\"TSAN_OPTIONS\"] = \"external_symbolizer_path=%s\" % llvmsym\n\nAlthough env is initialized from os.environ.copy(), this line silently discards any TSAN_OPTIONS the user had set in their shell — for example, suppressions for local system libraries not covered by __tsan_default_suppressions() in build/sanitizers/TsanOptions.cpp.\n\nWithout being able to pass TSAN_OPTIONS, some browser mochitest tests hang on TSAN builds because unsuppressed races in system libraries (e.g. libglycin) slow GTK window operations beyond the test timeout.\n\nNote that runxpcshelltests.py already handles this correctly by reading and appending to the existing value. This fix brings mozrunner/utils.py in line with that approach.\n\nVerified: After this fix, browser mochitest tests that were previously hanging on a local TSAN build now run successfully when TSAN_OPTIONS is set appropriately in the shell.\n\nDifferential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D294265",

FuzzerIO.cpp\nin the tree is byte for byte identical to compiler-rt/lib/fuzzer/FuzzerIO.cpp at the\nrevision moz.yaml records, and the same holds for the other fourteen files this touches, so\nthe sources went in without the patch step when libFuzzer was upgraded in bug 1996685.\n\nIt does not seem like it was an intentional decision to drop them. The same change rebased\nall five patch files against the new upstream and deleted a sixth,\n14-explicit-allocator.patch, which is the opposite of what retiring the rest would look\nlike. They were added deliberately too: bug 1635762 added four of them along with vendoring\nlibFuzzer from git, and bug 1695761 added 15-return-to-exit so that libFuzzer returns\ninstead of calling exit(), as its title says.\n\nPatches are applied by a separate `mach vendor --patch-mode only` step, so it is easy for\nthe sources to go in without them, and until now nothing checked that vendoring reproduced\nwhat is committed.\n\nAlso point the moz.yaml at Core :: Fuzzing rather than Core :: General, which is where\nlibFuzzer bugs are filed anyway, including the upgrade in bug 1996685. Updatebot files from\nthat block, so its update bugs were going to the wrong place.\n\nThis is what `./mach vendor tools/fuzzing/libfuzzer/moz.yaml -r\n5b7a5f7c5f3c1dcd8ea9debf56983b85e393bc86 --patch-mode check --force` produces, so the\npatches still apply cleanly and no rebasing was needed.\n\nDifferential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D318987",

"description": "Eager Alt-Svc H3 validation marks its connection info as `Http3Only`, so Happy Eyeballs races H3 without a TCP fallback. Previously, this attempt shared the origin's `ConnectionEntry`, allowing a normal transaction to claim a race that could never fall back to TCP. At the same time, the unconnected UDP attempt kept `HasActiveH3Connection()` true, causing `AtActiveConnectionLimit()` to reject any new connections to the origin. When UDP was blocked, the origin was effectively pinned to this single connection attempt until it was reaped.\n\nThis patch combines `Http3Disabled` and `Http3Only` into a single `Http3Policy` field and gives H3-only connection info a separate hash key (`[h3only]`, alongside the existing `[!h3]`). This isolates H3-only attempts in their own connection entry. Once an H3 connection is successfully established, it is handed over to the origin's regular connection entry.\n\nDifferential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D322675",

Every\ndownstream hg-cloning task then repeats that same getbundle, multiplying\nthe load on the hg app servers.\n\nHave the decision task bundle the changesets newer than 48h (public\nonly, so try drafts are always carried) and publish it as\npublic/checkout.bundle. run-task downloads it and hands it to\nrobustcheckout's --bundle option, which applies it before the\nlocal-revision check so the remote pull is skipped entirely. Any failure\nfalls back to the normal pull, so the feature is a pure optimization.\n\nWired for Mercurial-resolved checkouts (clone_type() == \"hg\") via an\nartifact-reference to the decision task.\n\nThe flip side is this adds a bit of latency to the critical path (on a\nsample of 1 try push I saw the bundle creation taking ~2.4s).\n\nDifferential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D322864",

Instead of making this consistent, I just did the easier thing and return an error if a domain ends with more than one dot, because I don't think there's a realistic use case for it.\n- Also, places that we called `Preferences::UnregisterCallback()` assumed that it succeeded and would always release the last reference to the `PrefCallback`, so if it didn't succeed a `PrefCallback` would get freed but would still be in `mObservers`. So now we check if `UnregisterCallback()` fails and if so, add the `PrefCallback` back to `mObservers`. (I decided to do it this way since `UnregisterCallback()` failing should be very rare so I didn't want to incur a lookup followed by a remove in the normal case)\n\n(technically we only need to fix one of these to close the hole, but fixing both made sense)\n\nDifferential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D323047",

Parsing and plumbing. \"chain\" is added to the specified value in\n enum in servo and APZ, so that it is preserved through the scroll\n metadata.\n\n2. APZ behavior. The places that consult overscroll-behavior while scrolling,\n such as AsyncPanZoomController::CallDispatchScroll() and\n OverscrollHandoffChain::FindFirstScrollable(), all reach it through\n Axis::OverscrollBehaviorAllowsHandoff() and\n Axis::OverscrollBehaviorAllowsOverscrollEffect(). The existing WPTs covering the handoff feature are enabled.\n Regarding overscroll-effect and swipe-to-nav, they are covered by\n new APZ mochitests.\n\nIn order to make the WPT work on Android, this patch add a meta tag on the WPT case.\nThe case \"overscroll-behavior-x: none prevents scroll propagation on x axis\" got successful\nby that, thought it has nothing to do with \"chain\" value.\n\nJust in case, manual testing on an android device was done and showed that handoff\nand downward swipe (page refresh) behave as specified there.\nNote that overscroll effect couldn't be checked on Android due to Bug 1809969.\n\nRegarding testing/web-platform/meta/css/css-overscroll-behavior/overscroll-behavior.html.ini,\nthere was a test marked as failing on mac. "markdown": "## Highlights\n- **Web Platform** Firefox landed spec-alignment work for Permissions-Policy, including the parser rename from Feature-Policy and updated iframe allow naming, which unblocks cleaner standards compliance work despite some test churn. [Phab D322576](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D322576)\n- **Media** WebRTC early-media handling got a substantial upgrade, improving bundled recvonly and sendrecv transceivers, reoffers, RTP extension handling, and codec preference propagation. [Phab D313333](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D313333)\n- **Privacy** Local Network Access checks now apply to notification icon loads, closing a side channel where local resources could be fetched through notifications. [Phab D319466](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D319466)\n- **UI** Android Nightly wired up a new \"Darkest\" OLED theme option and added telemetry to measure real usage.
