As a result,
store.openKeyCursor(someKey) returned an IDBCursorWithValue that fetched the
full record value, rather than a key-only cursor exposing only key and
primaryKey.

Only this JSValue overload was affected; the RefPtr<IDBKeyRange> and no-argument
paths already routed to doOpenKeyCursor(). Chrome and Firefox already return a
key-only cursor here, so this aligns WebKit with the other engines and the
IndexedDB specification.

Test: storage/indexeddb/openkeycursor-key-only.html

* LayoutTests/storage/indexeddb/openkeycursor-key-only-expected.txt: Added.
* LayoutTests/storage/indexeddb/openkeycursor-key-only.html: Added.
* LayoutTests/storage/indexeddb/resources/openkeycursor-key-only.js: Added.
(prepareDatabase):
(testKeyOnlyCursor.request.onsuccess):
(testKeyOnlyCursor):
* Source/WebCore/Modules/indexeddb/IDBObjectStore.cpp:
(WebCore::IDBObjectStore::openKeyCursor):

Canonical link: https://commits.webkit.org/316584@main",

When folding thread of basic blocks with only one jump, we chase the
   final target instead of folding only one. So we can quickly fold them.
   When the basic blocks are constructing a loop (and they are orphans
   since there is no entrance), then this chase never finishes. So we
   deploy Floyd's cycle detection mechanism to avoid this case. But note
   that this cycle should be extremely rare.
2. Other rewrites are as-is.

We found that by (1), 99.9% of conversion can be covered by a single-path.

* Source/JavaScriptCore/b3/air/AirSimplifyCFG.cpp:
(JSC::B3::Air::simplifyCFG):

Canonical link: https://commits.webkit.org/316588@main",

This resolves
random-item() at computed-value time.

Following substituteAttrFunction, substituteRandomItemFunction:
1. Substitutes the argument grammar first (so var() in the key resolve),
2. Parses the first argument as a <random-key>,
3. Selects one item via the random base value (round(down, R * N, 1)),
4. Substitutes the chosen item.

Spec: https://drafts.csswg.org/css-values-5/#funcdef-random-item (grammar verified
against the current ED).

The <random-key> subset here matches random()'s current support: auto | <dashed-ident> | element-scoped
| fixed <number [0,1]>. The remaining <random-cache-key> keywords (property-scoped |
property-index-scoped | <random-ua-ident>) are a separate follow-up, in sync with random().

auto is keyed by a substitution-time index in a space separate from random()'s parse-time
cssRandomFunctionCount, so an auto random-item() and an auto random() in the same property value can
land on the same cache key and share a base value, and the index follows the selected branch rather
than parse position. Unifying the two counters is the job of the shared <random-key> helper follow-up
(rdar://180934069). This latent bug only bites
the *second* search the finder runs, because the first one starts at the top of the
document and findPlainText locates the text before the block walk's skip matters.
That's why 310112@main exposed it: dropping the inline limit from 300 to 100 turned
these mid-length selections into start+end text instead of one inlined string, and the
end-text search begins inside the display:contents subtree (right after the start
match) where the whole subtree gets skipped -- so we never find the end and fall back
to the plain page URL. GitHub wraps pull-request content in display:contents wrappers,
which is why it shows up there. The web process is crashing after hitting this:

MESSAGE_CHECK_COMPLETION(m_networkProcess->allowsFirstPartyForCookies
(m_webProcessIdentifier, request.firstPartyForCookies()) ==
NetworkProcess::AllowCookieAccess::Allow ...)

in NetworkConnectionToWebProcess::loadImageForDecoding().

The issue is that after the site is loaded, LinkPresentation calls
_loadAndDecodeImage on the WKWebView with a NSURLRequest whose mainDocumentURL
is nil. When _loadAndDecodeImage converts this to a ResourceRequest, the
firstPartyForCookies is null. This ResourceRequest ends up in
loadImageForDecoding where allowsFirstPartyForCookies() returns "disallow"
for a null firstPartyForCookies and so we terminate the web process.

In the past, some of these “== allow” checks we’ve added have caused crashes
like these and have been hard to reproduce since we often only have a stability
tracer crash. So we generally change the check to be “!= terminate” in those
cases. Doing that is not ideal but would fix this crash.

But here, we actually have a reproduction and the root cause. We can fix this
by amending _loadAndDecodeImage to ensure that the NSURLRequest has a
mainDocumentURL when one exists. This will cover LinkPresentation’s callsite
and possibly others.

New test: LoadAndDecodeImageNilMainDocumentURLAfterNavigation.
(Credit to Abrar Protyasha for coming up with the test).

* Source/WebKit/UIProcess/API/Cocoa/WKWebView.mm:
(-[WKWebView _loadAndDecodeImage:constrainedToSize:maximumBytesFromNetwork:completionHandler:]):
* Tools/TestWebKitAPI/Tests/WebKitCocoa/LoadAndDecodeImage.mm:
(TestWebKitAPI::TEST(WebKit, LoadAndDecodeImageNilMainDocumentURLAfterNavigation)):

Originally-landed-as: 7744f7322ebb. rdar://181074236
Canonical link: https://commits.webkit.org/316602@main",

When the first main-frame entry (a) is cached, the iframe process
suspends its single live page. When the UIProcess later asks it (via
SuspendWithFrameItem) to also cache the intermediate entry (b), the WebPage is
already suspended and its single live corePage() cannot be suspended again, so
b's iframe subframe is never added to that process's BackForwardCache.

WebPage::suspendWithFrameItem's already-suspended early-return replied
completionHandler(true) -- a false success -- so WebPageProxy::didCacheBackForwardItem
recorded b as having cached iframe children it never had. On back-navigation to
b, RestoreWithFrameItem -> BackForwardCache::take returned NOT-FOUND, the restore
aggregator failed, and the UIProcess fell back to reload(ExpiredOnly), which
never fired didFinishNavigation, so the navigation hung until timing out.

Return the honest answer instead: whether this frame item is actually cached in
this process (isInBackForwardCache(identifier)). That is true for an idempotent
re-suspend of the same entry and false when the WebPage is suspended for a
different entry -- mirroring addIfCacheable's own return value. The false makes
the UIProcess discard b's unbacked entry, so back-to-b falls back to a normal
load that completes.

This is a targeted fix for the hang. The underlying limitation it works around
-- an iframe process can hold only one cached main-frame entry per WebPage --
still caps multi-entry BFCache coverage under Site Isolation and will be
addressed by a larger redesign (moving cached-entry ownership from the single
per-process WebPage down to a per-BFCache-entry frame snapshot), tracked in
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=318474 (rdar://181269874).

* Source/WebCore/history/BackForwardCache.h: Export isInBackForwardCache.
* Source/WebKit/WebProcess/WebPage/WebPage.cpp:
(WebKit::WebPage::suspendWithFrameItem): Report whether the frame item is
actually cached rather than an unconditional success when already suspended.
* Tools/TestWebKitAPI/Tests/WebKit/WKWebView/SiteIsolation.mm:
(TestWebKitAPI::TEST): Add MultiProcessBFCacheGoBackToIntermediateEntryDoesNotHang.

Canonical link: https://commits.webkit.org/316605@main",

If the
  lambda was never run and was deallocated on a non-main thread, then the ProcessThrottler::Activity was as well

Fix these by adding some unlocks and adding a wrapper class that always deallocates the ProcessThrottler::Activity
on the main thread no matter what.

No new tests (Not directly reproducible at this time, though the code is exercised by existing tests)

* Source/WebKit/Platform/IPC/Connection.cpp:
(IPC::Connection::processIncomingMessage):
* Source/WebKit/UIProcess/AuxiliaryProcessProxy.cpp:
(WebKit::MainThreadActivityReleaser::MainThreadActivityReleaser):
(WebKit::MainThreadActivityReleaser::~MainThreadActivityReleaser):
(WebKit::AuxiliaryProcessProxy::sendMessageImpl):

Canonical link: https://commits.webkit.org/316617@main
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=316870
rdar://179296547

Reviewed by Youenn Fablet.

The WPT mediasource-sequencemode-append-buffer.html test exercises three
SourceBuffer.mode = "sequence" scenarios using an asset whose video track
carries an empty edit list. Three independent issues — two engine bugs and
one test-side bug — combined to make all three subtests fail on AVFoundation
baswe MSE ; this commit addresses each.

Problems
--------

1. Empty fMP4 edit list not applied to video PTS.

    The asset's video track has an `edts/elst` whose first entry is an
    empty edit (media_time = -1, segment_duration = 0.095 s in movie
    timescale). AVStreamDataParser does not honour empty edits in fMP4, so
    the CMSampleBuffers it emits have PTS = raw mdat PTS, missing the
    elst-prescribed 0.095s presentation shift. The test's segmentInfo
    bakes in the post-shift timestamps, so the engine and the test data
    disagreed by exactly that amount.

2. Frames submitted to coded-frame processing in parser-arrival order.

    MSE Coded Frame Processing step 1.3 sets `timestampOffset =
    group_start_timestamp - presentation_timestamp` on the first sample to
    enter the loop. For multi-track segments the only spec-coherent choice
    for that "first" sample is the cross-track minimum-PTS sample — any
    other choice makes samples of one track land before
    group_start_timestamp. SourceBufferPrivate was iterating
    m_pendingSamples in parser-arrival order, so step 1.3 fired on
    whichever track AVStreamDataParser happened to emit first. Once
    problem 1 was fixed, that mismatch became visible: for media[1] step
    1.3 fired on video (PTS 0.896666) when audio (PTS 0.882358) should
    have driven it. The same problem reappeared on sequence-mode
    discontinuity (step 1.6 retries step 1.3 on the discontinuity-
    triggering sample) when chaining a second segment.
    A similar workaround is implemented by Firefox.

3. Third subtest's expected post-EOS buffered range was unsatisfiable.

    The third subtest appends media[1] then media[0] in sequence mode and
    asserted the post-EOS buffered range to be a single contiguous range.
    With a single per-segment `timestampOffset` (per spec) and media[0]'s
    tracks not aligned at the same start (`timev` = 0.095, `timea` = 0 for
    this asset), placing media[0] adjacent to media[1] inevitably
    introduces a per-track gap inside the unified buffered range of width
    `media[0].timev − media[0].timea`. Firefox and Chrome both fail this
    subtest too — Firefox with the identical two-range output WebKit
    produces, Chrome with a different `timestampOffset` value — so no
    production engine satisfies the expected single-range output for this
    asset shape.

Solutions
---------

1. A new ISOBMFFTrackInfoParser walks the moov bytes (captured by the
    existing ISOBMFFPreParser before they are forwarded to
    AVStreamDataParser) and extracts any per-track empty edit.
    SourceBufferParserAVFObjC then offsets each emitted sample's PTS and
    DTS by that duration via MediaSampleAVFObjC::offsetTimestampsBy()
    before delivering the sample to the client.

2. Before iterating samples in processPendingMediaSamples, do a bounded
    look-ahead per track (16 frames for video — the H.264/H.265 max
    reorder window — 1 for non-video tracks) to identify the cross-track-
    min-PTS sample and its position in the batch. When that sample isn't
    already at position 0, drain priority-track samples in
    [0, priorityIndex] in a first pass; a second pass then iterates the
    remaining samples in arrival order, skipping the entries pass 1
    already processed. The samples vector itself is not mutated.

3. In the imported WPT test, compute the expected post-EOS buffered
    string from segmentInfo, accounting for media[0]'s per-track head
    delta when it is non-zero (giving a two-range expected) and falling
    back to the original single-range string when it is zero. To be
    upstreamed to WPT.

Add API tests, covered by existing tests.

* LayoutTests/imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/media-source/mediasource-remove-expected.txt:
* LayoutTests/imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/media-source/mediasource-sequencemode-append-buffer.html:
* LayoutTests/platform/glib/TestExpectations:
* LayoutTests/platform/mac/TestExpectations: Remove the
mediasource-sequencemode-append-buffer.html Skip entry.
Mark mediasource-getvideoplaybackquality.html as Failing due to bug 316898.

* Source/WebCore/SourcesCocoa.txt:
* Source/WebCore/WebCore.xcodeproj/project.pbxproj:
Register the new ISOBMFFTrackInfoParser source files.

* Source/WebCore/platform/graphics/SourceBufferPrivate.cpp:
(WebCore::SourceBufferPrivate::findPrioritySample const):
(WebCore::SourceBufferPrivate::processNewMediaSamples):
(WebCore::SourceBufferPrivate::processPendingMediaSamples):
Bounded per-track look-ahead identifies the cross-track-min-PTS
priority sample; a two-pass iteration drains priority-track samples
first, then the rest, without mutating m_pendingSamples.
* Source/WebCore/platform/graphics/SourceBufferPrivate.h:
* Source/WebCore/platform/graphics/avfoundation/objc/SourceBufferParserAVFObjC.h:
* Source/WebCore/platform/graphics/avfoundation/objc/SourceBufferParserAVFObjC.mm:
(WebCore::makePreParserIfNeeded):
(WebCore::SourceBufferParserAVFObjC::SourceBufferParserAVFObjC):
(WebCore::SourceBufferParserAVFObjC::resetParserState): Clear the map.
(WebCore::SourceBufferParserAVFObjC::didProvideMediaDataForTrackID):
Apply the offset to each sample before delivering it.

(WebCore::SourceBufferParserAVFObjC::setEmptyEditOffsetsFromInitSegment):
Receive per-track empty-edit offsets from the pre-parser callback and
stash them in a per-track map.
* Source/WebCore/platform/graphics/cocoa/ISOBMFFPreParser.cpp:
(WebCore::ISOBMFFPreParser::ISOBMFFPreParser):
(WebCore::ISOBMFFPreParser::reset):
(WebCore::ISOBMFFPreParser::appendData):
Take an optional TrackInfoCallback; buffer moov body bytes during the
segment scan and run the walker once the body is complete.

* Source/WebCore/platform/graphics/cocoa/ISOBMFFPreParser.h:
(WebCore::ISOBMFFPreParser::ISOBMFFPreParser):
* Source/WebCore/platform/graphics/cocoa/ISOBMFFTrackInfoParser.cpp:
(WebCore::FourCC):
(WebCore::readNextChildBox):
(WebCore::forEachChildBox):
(WebCore::readFullBoxVersion):
(WebCore::readMvhdTimescale):
(WebCore::readTkhdTrackID):
(WebCore::readElstEntry0EmptyEditDuration):
(WebCore::findEmptyEditDurationInEdts):
(WebCore::parseTrak):
(WebCore::ISOBMFFTrackInfoParser::parseMoovBody):
New BitReader-based walker returning each track's empty-edit duration.

* Source/WebCore/platform/graphics/cocoa/ISOBMFFTrackInfoParser.h:
* Tools/TestWebKitAPI/TestWebKitAPI.xcodeproj/project.pbxproj:
* Tools/TestWebKitAPI/Tests/WebCore/cocoa/ISOBMFFTrackInfoParserTests.cpp: Added.
(TestWebKitAPI::appendBE32):
(TestWebKitAPI::appendBE64):
(TestWebKitAPI::makeBox):
(TestWebKitAPI::makeMvhd):
(TestWebKitAPI::makeTkhd):
(TestWebKitAPI::makeElstV0):
(TestWebKitAPI::makeElstV1):
(TestWebKitAPI::makeEdts):
(TestWebKitAPI::makeTrak):
(TestWebKitAPI::TEST(ISOBMFFTrackInfoParser, EmptyInputReturnsNothing)):
(TestWebKitAPI::TEST(ISOBMFFTrackInfoParser, SingleTrackEmptyEditVersion0)):
(TestWebKitAPI::TEST(ISOBMFFTrackInfoParser, SingleTrackEmptyEditVersion1)):
(TestWebKitAPI::TEST(ISOBMFFTrackInfoParser, NonEmptyEditIsIgnored)):
(TestWebKitAPI::TEST(ISOBMFFTrackInfoParser, TrackWithoutEditListIsOmitted)):
(TestWebKitAPI::TEST(ISOBMFFTrackInfoParser, TrackIDZeroIsRejected)):
(TestWebKitAPI::TEST(ISOBMFFTrackInfoParser, MissingMvhdReturnsNothing)):
(TestWebKitAPI::TEST(ISOBMFFTrackInfoParser, OversizedEmptyEditDurationIsRejected)):
(TestWebKitAPI::TEST(ISOBMFFTrackInfoParser, TruncatedChildBoxDoesNotCrash)):
(TestWebKitAPI::TEST(ISOBMFFTrackInfoParser, MultipleEmptyEditTracks)):

Canonical link: https://commits.webkit.org/316626@main",

We currently have the disable animations setting
hooked up to the prefers-reduced-motion CSS media query. Let's stop
using that, and use the new reduced motion setting instead. For good
measure, I've also created a new WPE API setting matching the new name,
and removed the older one (because the WPEPlatform API is not stable
yet).

I had been planning to stop there, but then I noticed that we have the
prefers-contrast media query implemented only for GTK 3. I have
implemented it for GTK 4 as well. This required some effort, because
WebKit has it implemented as a boolean value, but GNOME and CSS both use
a tri-state, so I had to change a bunch of places to expose it as a
tri-state. I've also created a new WPE setting for this as well. I
considered updating Internals so that I could expose the tri-state to
layout tests as well, but it currently uses ForcedAccessibilityValue
which is a boolean, and I decided not to try changing this.

Finally, I've improved the implementation of the prefers-color-scheme
media query for GTK 4. This is an especially significant change because
it previously did not respect the user's dark mode preference at all.
Now a bunch of websites will become dark.

* Source/WebCore/css/query/MediaQueryFeatures.cpp:
(WebCore::MQ::Features::prefersContrastFeatureSchema):
* Source/WebCore/inspector/agents/InspectorPageAgent.cpp:
(WebCore::InspectorPageAgent::defaultUserPreferencesDidChange):
* Source/WebCore/platform/Theme.h:
(WebCore::Theme::userPreferredContrast const):
(WebCore::Theme::userPrefersContrast const): Deleted.
* Source/WebCore/platform/adwaita/ThemeAdwaita.cpp:
(WebCore::ThemeAdwaita::ThemeAdwaita):
(WebCore::ThemeAdwaita::refreshSettings):
(WebCore::ThemeAdwaita::userPreferredContrast const):
(WebCore::ThemeAdwaita::userPrefersContrast const): Deleted.
* Source/WebCore/platform/adwaita/ThemeAdwaita.h:
* Source/WebCore/platform/glib/SystemSettings.cpp:
(WebCore::SystemSettings::updateSettings):
* Source/WebCore/platform/glib/SystemSettings.h:
(WebCore::SystemSettings::reducedMotion const):
(WebCore::SystemSettings::interfaceContrast const):
(WebCore::SystemSettings::enableAnimations const): Deleted.
* Source/WebCore/platform/ios/ThemeIOS.h:
* Source/WebCore/platform/ios/ThemeIOS.mm:
(WebCore::ThemeIOS::userPreferredContrast const):
(WebCore::ThemeIOS::userPrefersContrast const): Deleted.
* Source/WebCore/platform/mac/ThemeMac.h:
* Source/WebCore/platform/mac/ThemeMac.mm:
(WebCore::ThemeMac::userPreferredContrast const):
(WebCore::ThemeMac::userPrefersContrast const): Deleted.
* Source/WebCore/rendering/cocoa/RenderThemeCocoa.mm:
(WebCore::switchTrackColor):
(WebCore::paintSwitchTrackOnOffLabels):
(WebCore::paintLiquidGlassSwitchTrackOnOffLabels):
(WebCore::renderThemePaintLiquidGlassSwitchThumb):
(WebCore::renderThemePaintLiquidGlassSwitchTrack):
(WebCore::RenderThemeCocoa::paintCheckboxForVectorBasedControls):
(WebCore::RenderThemeCocoa::paintRadioForVectorBasedControls):
(WebCore::RenderThemeCocoa::paintButtonForVectorBasedControls):
(WebCore::RenderThemeCocoa::paintColorWellForVectorBasedControls):
(WebCore::RenderThemeCocoa::paintInnerSpinButtonForVectorBasedControls):
(WebCore::paintTextAreaOrTextField):
(WebCore::RenderThemeCocoa::paintMeterForVectorBasedControls):
(WebCore::RenderThemeCocoa::paintListButtonForVectorBasedControls):
(WebCore::RenderThemeCocoa::paintSliderThumbForVectorBasedControls):
(WebCore::RenderThemeCocoa::paintSearchFieldForVectorBasedControls):
(WebCore::RenderThemeCocoa::paintSearchFieldCancelButtonForVectorBasedControls):
(WebCore::RenderThemeCocoa::paintSearchFieldDecorationPartForVectorBasedControls):
(WebCore::RenderThemeCocoa::paintPlatformResizerForVectorBasedControls):
* Source/WebKit/Shared/glib/SystemSettings.serialization.in:
* Source/WebKit/UIProcess/glib/SystemSettingsManagerProxy.cpp:
(WebKit::SystemSettingsManagerProxy::reducedMotion const):
(WebKit::SystemSettingsManagerProxy::interfaceContrast const):
(WebKit::SystemSettingsManagerProxy::settingsDidChange):
(WebKit::SystemSettingsManagerProxy::enableAnimations const): Deleted.
* Source/WebKit/UIProcess/glib/SystemSettingsManagerProxy.h:
* Source/WebKit/UIProcess/gtk/SystemSettingsManagerProxyGtk.cpp:
(WebKit::SystemSettingsManagerProxy::darkMode const):
(WebKit::SystemSettingsManagerProxy::reducedMotion const):
(WebKit::SystemSettingsManagerProxy::interfaceContrast const):
(WebKit::SystemSettingsManagerProxy::enableAnimations const): Deleted.
* Source/WebKit/UIProcess/wpe/SystemSettingsManagerProxyWPE.cpp:
(WebKit::SystemSettingsManagerProxy::reducedMotion const):
(WebKit::SystemSettingsManagerProxy::interfaceContrast const):
(WebKit::SystemSettingsManagerProxy::enableAnimations const): Deleted.
* Source/WebKit/WPEPlatform/wpe/WPESettings.cpp:
(_WPESettingsPrivate::_WPESettingsPrivate):
* Source/WebKit/WPEPlatform/wpe/WPESettings.h:

Canonical link: https://commits.webkit.org/316627@main",

Make acceleratedPropertyFromCSSProperty return an OptionSet
so we can return an empty set instead of a value in the theoretically impossible case.
WebCore::ScrollingStateNodeProperty has a few duplicate values, but that needs to stay,
so I left the values as comments. For trees with thousands of NSS
shapes that bypass is a hot loop: every repaint walks the entire subtree
and each leaf climbs the DOM to compute its CTM.

But NSS only changes the bounding box when the CTM has a scale, skew, or
rotate component. If a renderer's ancestor chain and its own transform
are all identity-or-translation, NSS is a no-op and the cached repaint
bounding box is already correct.

This fixes a real-world perf issue. On content with thousands of nested
NSS paths and no scaling, computeContainerBoundingBoxes was the single
hottest function at ~8.5% of total time; with the cache hit it drops to
~0.3%

* LayoutTests/svg/custom/non-scaling-stroke-nested-scaling-ancestor-expected.svg: Added.
* LayoutTests/svg/custom/non-scaling-stroke-nested-scaling-ancestor.svg: Added.

* Source/WebCore/rendering/svg/SVGRenderSupport.cpp:
(WebCore::SVGRenderSupport::updateAncestorScalingTransformCounts):
(WebCore::SVGRenderSupport::elementWillBeRemovedFromTree):
* Source/WebCore/rendering/svg/SVGRenderSupport.h:
* Source/WebCore/rendering/svg/legacy/LegacyRenderSVGContainer.cpp:
(WebCore::LegacyRenderSVGContainer::repaintRectInLocalCoordinates const):
* Source/WebCore/rendering/svg/legacy/LegacyRenderSVGContainer.h:
(WebCore::LegacyRenderSVGContainer::hasScalingTransformDescendant const):
(WebCore::LegacyRenderSVGContainer::adjustScalingTransformDescendantCount):
* Source/WebCore/rendering/svg/legacy/LegacyRenderSVGModelObject.h:
(WebCore::LegacyRenderSVGModelObject::isCountedAsScalingTransformDescendant const):
(WebCore::LegacyRenderSVGModelObject::setIsCountedAsScalingTransformDescendant):
* Source/WebCore/rendering/svg/legacy/LegacyRenderSVGRoot.cpp:
(WebCore::LegacyRenderSVGRoot::repaintRectInLocalCoordinates const):
* Source/WebCore/rendering/svg/legacy/LegacyRenderSVGRoot.h:
* Source/WebCore/rendering/svg/legacy/LegacyRenderSVGShape.cpp:
(WebCore::LegacyRenderSVGShape::layout):
* Source/WebCore/rendering/svg/legacy/LegacyRenderSVGTransformableContainer.cpp:
(WebCore::LegacyRenderSVGTransformableContainer::calculateLocalTransform):
* Source/WebCore/rendering/svg/legacy/LegacyRenderSVGViewportContainer.cpp:
(WebCore::LegacyRenderSVGViewportContainer::calculateLocalTransform):

Canonical link: https://commits.webkit.org/316651@main",

There are now
only three states:

- NotStartedYet : entangled, waiting for start() to begin handling
  received messages
- Started : entangled and start()'d
- Disentangled : not entangled, port was closed or shipped away

There is no longer a distinction between "disentangled" and
"detached" - both were collapsed into State::Disentangled. This matches
our implementation: we disentangle shipped ports eagerly on
postMessage() rather than deferring it to the receiver side, so
a "detached but not yet disentangled" intermediate state is not
possible.

lenientDisentangle() was introduced for code that leans on the
"detached but not disentangled" state - it skips the assert on
disentangle() so that it may succeed even if the port has already been
closed. This is super
duper simple scalar replacement for WasmGC struct types. We record
usesWasmGCStructAllocations and run this phase only when this is
recorded as this phase is meaningless if we do not have WasmStructNew.

The key insight here is we already run CSE with WasmGC structs, which
can successfully remove load-elimination and store-elimination. Thus, at
this point, most of related WasmGC struct loads are no longer associated
with the WasmGC struct. Thus we only need to care about WasmStructSet
here since WasmStructGet should be already converted to the pointed
value if the struct is not escaped and CSE ran already. This assumption
(of course, this is not covering all the cases, but most of beneficial
cases should be in this class) makes this phase extremely simple.
Basically just collecting WasmStructSet-use-only WasmStructNew since it
is not escaped.
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=318149
rdar://153776866

Reviewed by Andy Estes.

This was attempted once before in 301065@main but it was reverted in 302010@main because it changed what
coordinates are used for fullscreen transitions. This happened because the prior approach was to transform
the coordinates in WebFullScreenManagerProxy::enterFullScreen and use them in
WebFullScreenManagerProxy::beganEnterFullScreen, but in order to do that we changed the time when the initial
and final coordinates were gathered and stored. In a process that has multiple IPC roundtrips to give the
page a chance to change to the new size then transition to the new size, this timing change broke things.

In this PR, I take a different approach. I don't change when I gather or store the coordinates, but I
change what coordinate space they are in. Instead of converting to screen space in the web content process,
I convert to root frame coordinate space in the web content process, then in the UI process I take those
coordinates and convert them to main frame space then to screen space. This would be easier, but when I'm
doing those transformations the window has already been detached so I can't use WebPageProxy::syncRootViewToScreen
because that uses the wrong window and therefore gives me the wrong coordinates. Instead, I introduce a new
utility, convertMainFrameCoordinatesInFullscreenPlaceholderViewToScreen, that uses the old window to do the
same coordinate transformation. I verified that the coordinates before and after this change are identical.

The only remaining tricky part once I got that working was to get it working with site isolation. At the
point in time when I would like to convert iframe coordinates to main frame coordinates, the frame coordinates
have already been changed by enterFullScreenForOwnerElementsInOtherProcesses so WebPageProxy's
geometry conversion utilities like convertRectToMainFrameCoordinates are also giving the wrong values. The
page has already changed in multiple processes, so the ability to transform coordinates from iframe space
to main frame space has been destroyed. To make it work I use a cached value of m_rootFrameOriginInMainFrameCoordinates
that I stored from convertPointToMainFrameCoordinates before enterFullScreenForOwnerElementsInOtherProcesses
was called to transform the coordinates. This is somewhat equivalent to our previous approach of using a
web process's cached values of the location of its window in the screen.

While I was reorganizing things around enterFullScreenForOwnerElementsInOtherProcesses, I realized that
the condition in which we need a call to nextPresentationUpdate after it was not when site isolation is enabled,
but rather when WebFullScreenManagerProxy::enterFullScreenForOwnerElementsInOtherProcesses sends IPC to other
processes to tell them to update their geometry for entering fullscreen. We need the nextPresentationUpdate call
in that case because we need the geometry changes to percolate down the frame tree scattered across multiple
web content processes.

The test and infrastructure is taken from Nipun's earlier work, 301065@main.

* LayoutTests/http/tests/site-isolation/fullscreen-expected.txt:
* LayoutTests/http/tests/site-isolation/fullscreen.html:
* Source/WebKit/UIProcess/WebFullScreenManagerProxy.cpp:
(WebKit::WebFullScreenManagerProxy::enterFullScreen):
(WebKit::WebFullScreenManagerProxy::enterFullScreenForOwnerElementsInOtherProcesses):
(WebKit::WebFullScreenManagerProxy::convertFromRootViewToScreenCoordinates):
(WebKit::WebFullScreenManagerProxy::beganEnterFullScreen):
(WebKit::WebFullScreenManagerProxy::beganExitFullScreen):
(WebKit::WebFullScreenManagerProxyClient::convertMainFrameCoordinatesInFullscreenPlaceholderViewToScreen const):
* Source/WebKit/UIProcess/WebFullScreenManagerProxy.h:
* Source/WebKit/UIProcess/WebFullScreenManagerProxy.messages.in:
* Source/WebKit/UIProcess/WebPageProxy.cpp:
(WebKit::WebPageProxy::convertPointToMainFrameCoordinates):
* Source/WebKit/UIProcess/WebPageProxy.h:
* Source/WebKit/UIProcess/mac/PageClientImplMac.h:
* Source/WebKit/UIProcess/mac/PageClientImplMac.mm:
(WebKit::PageClientImpl::convertMainFrameCoordinatesInFullscreenPlaceholderViewToScreen const):
* Source/WebKit/UIProcess/mac/WKFullScreenWindowController.h:
* Source/WebKit/UIProcess/mac/WKFullScreenWindowController.mm:
(-[WKFullScreenWindowController convertMainFrameCoordinatesInFullscreenPlaceholderViewToScreen:]):
* Source/WebKit/WebProcess/FullScreen/WebFullScreenManager.cpp:
(WebKit::rootViewRectOfContents):
(WebKit::WebFullScreenManager::performEnterFullScreen):
(WebKit::WebFullScreenManager::willEnterFullScreen):
(WebKit::WebFullScreenManager::willExitFullScreen):
(WebKit::screenRectOfContents): Deleted.
* Source/WebKit/WebProcess/FullScreen/WebFullScreenManager.h:
* Tools/WebKitTestRunner/TestController.cpp:
(WTR::TestController::beganEnterFullScreen):
(WTR::TestController::beganExitFullScreen):
(WTR::TestController::resetStateToConsistentValues):
* Tools/WebKitTestRunner/TestController.h:
(WTR::TestController::dumpFullScreenOrigin):

Canonical link: https://commits.webkit.org/316670@main",
