How to reproduce

  1. Open the sampler on Android Chrome.
  2. Enable Add an artificial two-second delay to all navigations.
  3. Tap the subpage.html link.
Expected

Top loading progress bar appears during the delayed intercepted navigation.

Actual (reported)

No loading bar appears for this same-document Navigation API flow.
