Fullscreen no-cover demo

Target case: display: fullscreen WITHOUT viewport-fit=cover. The app still goes immersive (bars hidden), but content must NOT draw into the cutout/notch; the cutout area stays black and safe-area insets stay 0. Install this as a PWA and launch it.
