PWA status bar hairline sampler (arm64 + x86 APKs)

Issue 421933373 reports a thin line under the status bar in installed PWA/TWA flows when resuming app state.

This build includes the follow-up fix that keeps the top toolbar hairline hidden across PWA orientation changes and resize-driven scene layer updates.

Commit-tagged copies are also available in this folder for traceability.

1. Install the patched APK matching your test machine architecture.
2. Open https://chrome-pwa-theme-color.pages.dev/ and install the PWA.
3. Launch the installed app, background it, then return from Recents.
4. Verify no thin line is visible below the top green status bar area.
